Earp has recently worked with major label artists including Shells (BMG) NGod (Columbia), Raye (Polydor) Anteros (Parlophone), Little Hours (RCA) and Rebecca Ferguson (RCA).
He’s also known for unearthing new talent and has recently become an A&R consultant at RCA.
Having started his musical career playing bands, Earp found his way to EMI’s Olympic studios and began working with artists including Alex Hepburn, Bipolar Sunshine, Fickle Friends, Nina Nesbitt and Sons & Lovers.
