Global independent publisher Imagem Music Group has been acquired by US-based record company Concord Bicycle Music.
The deal includes Imagem’s 250,000 copyrights from leading pop, classical and Broadway writers, administered under its Boosey & Hawkes, Imagem and Rodgers & Hammerstein subsidiaries.
Independent record company and publisher Concord Bicycle Music has a portfolio of more than 10,000 active album recordings, from at least 243 GRAMMY winners and 370 RIAA certified gold, platinum and multi-platinum releases.
With the acquisition of Imagem, Concord Bicycle Music's songbook now includes over 380,000 copyrighted works.
