Number one-selling singer-songwriter Camille Purcell, aka Kamille, has just inked a publishing deal with BMG.

The award-winning songwriter is behind UK number ones including Little Mix’s Shout Out to My Ex and Black Magic, both claiming the top spot for three consecutive weeks.

In 2017, Purcell collaborated with CNCO and Little Mix on smash single Reggaeton Lento (Remix), The Script’s Rain, and You Don’t Know Love and Grow Up taken from Olly Murs’ 2016 number one album 24 Hrs.

More recently, she co-penned Jax Jones’ newest single Ring Ring featuring BMG songwriter Mabel and Rich the Kid, and currently has two tracks in the UK Singles Chart - Clean Bandit’s Solo and Jess Glynne’s most recent number one hit I’ll Be There.

Lisa Cullington, senior director, BMG A&R Publishing, said: ‘Camille is an incredibly talented songwriter. Her hit rate is outstanding and we’re delighted that she has decided to stay with BMG. We’re so excited to continue our relationship with her and we look forward to even more success together.’

Purcell joins a publishing roster that includes George Ezra, Jess Glynne, Mabel and Blossoms.
