Help Musicians UK is to mark the 65th birthday of composer, conductor and its deputy chair Ronald Corp OBE with a fundraising concert at the Royal Festival Hall, London.

Ronald will join Highgate Choral Society to help mark the occasion. They join The London Chorus and the New London Children's Choir for a concert of all-British music, including a world premiere of a work specially commissioned especially for the composer and conductor’s birthday.

All proceeds from the performance will go directly to help musicians in need.

Commenting, Help Musicians UK events co-ordinator Sarah Wainman said: ‘Ron works incredibly hard for the charity, dedicating much of his time to helping us reach more musicians, and this further support at his birthday celebration means a huge amount to the Help Musicians UK staff, and, importantly, the musicians we help.

‘We are incredibly grateful to Highgate Choral Society and all who are involved with putting on this exciting, British-focussed celebratory concert.’
