Legendary rock band Hawkwind have collaborate with acclaimed actor Brian Blessed on their new single Sonic Attack.
The track, which is due for release on 1 September via Cherry Red, came together after the seventies rockers played a gig reimagining their classic Space Ritual show of 1972.
The gig at the London’s Shepherds Bush Empire in February 2014 saw the group donate all proceeds to animal charities including Team Badger, an initiative Brian is patron of.
The accompanying video was created by long-term Hawkwind collaborator Martin McGuiness.
