The finalists of Glastonbury's Emerging Talent Competition 2024 have been announced.

Thousands of entries were submitted for this year's contest, which launched back in January and is supported by PRS for Music and PRS Foundation.

As well as being given a slot on one of Glastonbury’s main stages, the 2024 winner will also receive a £5,000 Talent Development prize from PRS Foundation to help take their songwriting and performing to the next level. Two runners-up will each receive a £2,500 Talent Development prize from the Foundation.

Eight finalists have now been announced by Glastonbury, with the live, invite-only final set to take place on 27 April.

This year’s Emerging Talent Competition finalists are The Ayoub Sisters, Bryte, Caleb Kunle, JayaHadADream, KID 12, Nadia Kadek, Olivia Nelson and Problem Patterns.

The eight acts were selected by Glastonbury judges from a longlist of 90 artists, which was compiled by 30 of the UK’s best music writers.

Previous winners of the Emerging Talent Competition include N’famady Kouyaté (2023), Marie White (2019) and Declan McKenna (2015).
