Finalists also include Venezuelan songwriter Yon Antoni, Spain’s Charo Lopez Fajardo and Gibraltarians Denis Valerga and Susanna Alman.
They will all be joined by Kid Creole & the Coconuts, who will also be performing on the night.
The event, which is supported by PRS for Music, takes place on 26 April at Gibraltar’s Tercentenary Sports Hall.
Final entries will be assessed by a panel of judges, with the winning entrants receiving a trophy plus £4,000.
