The Ultimate Seminar is returning to London on 21 November to offer aspiring music industry professionals top tips on how to succeed in the business.
In association with the University of Westminster, the free event will bring together record labels, A&R’s, music publishers, management teams and songwriters to provide their insights into the sector.
Guest speakers will include Jo Charrington, A&R (Capitol Records) for Grammy Award-winning singer Sam Smith; Denzyl Feigelson, Apple iTunes Music Synergist and Live Events & Artist Relations; chart-topping grime music and electro producer Diztortion, Mark Williamson of Spotify and PRS for Music’s Member Development director Myles Keller.
The Ultimate Seminar is presented by Cre8ing Vision, with sponsors including Island Records, Virgin Records, RCA, BMI, PRS for Music, Believe Digital, Arts Council, and Odd Child Music.
Music manager, writer and producer Kwame Kwaten, co-founder of Cre8ing Vision alongside partners Andrea Euell and Nicola Charles, said: ‘The Ultimate Seminar is all about access - we open doors to the music industry, and we do it for free. Anyone who comes to this event will be blown away by the in-depth, no-nonsense constructive critique and practical pointers presented by the heavyweight panellists we’ve enlisted.’
The seminar is open to anyone aged sixteen and up. Registration and entry are both completely free.
