BASCA is hosting a Question Time style debate to discuss the current issues offering challenges and opportunities for music writers composing for media including film, TV, adverts and gaming.
Taking place at the Seven Dials Club in London on 15 March, the event will welcome the likes of Orbital’s Paul Hartnoll, Paul Farrer, Annie Nitikin, Mark Fishlock and Gavin Greenway to discuss these industry issues with PRS for Music members entitled to 20 percent off tickets.
Possible topics up for debate include library music, commissioning, sync and brand partnerships, publishing and the acquisition of music rights, recording with live musicians and the influence of music tech on the music industry landscape.
