Bush and frontman Gavin Rossdale have signed a worldwide publishing deal with BMG.
The deal secures BMG the publishing rights to the frontman's extensive back catalogue of songs and also includes a new recording deal with the band.
The first release will be a remastered edition of Bush's latest album, Black and White Rainbows which will include bonus tracks.
Speaking about the deal, Rossdale said: 'I'm very excited to be partnering with BMG, a very powerful label with the passion and capability to bring Bush to a very wide audience.'
Zach Katz, BMG US' president of repertoire and marketing, said: 'Led by Gavin and his extraordinary catalog, Bush remains one of the most successful bands in rock.
'We welcome them to BMG and look forward to continue building on their musical legacy,' he added.
Rossdale and the band are the latest addition to a string of established artists signed by the company, including Morrissey, Boy George and The Prodigy.
Since forming in 1992, the grunge outfit have enjoyed American chart success, earning 18 consecutive Top 40 singles on the US Modern Rock and Mainstream Rock charts as well as a Grammy nomination.
