The event aims to 'share knowledge, experience and inspiration' to aspiring songwriters and producers, with guest speakers including noteworthy music professionals such as songwriters and producers passing on knowledge to emerging talent.
The first event of the series will take place on Monday 17 September, from 7-8:30pm and is completely free! The first guest speaker to sit in the hot seat and share their story of success will be Gary Osborne. Gary has previously worked closely with Elton John, and these days works with BASCA to help support and maintain the high standards of British songwriting.
There will be a Q&A session at the end, which is a great opportunity to obtain valuable music business insight.
The Bedford is one of South London's spiritual homes of live music, the residence of London Folk Festival. The multi-room venue is managed by prolific songwriter Tony Moore, who has a rich history of working within the industry.
The event will be followed up by live performances from Tom Hyatt and Oliver James.
