Giles Peterson and Brownswood Music are now welcoming applications from innovative music makers from across England for Year 5 of their mentorship scheme.
The creative and business development programme is seeking 10 fresh artists to join a 12-month scheme designed to support their careers through mentoring, advice and opportunities.
The scheme is for unsigned artists and creatives with no real industry experience and is tailor made around the individual applicants to support their unique needs.
Successful entrants will benefit from professional headshots and biography, and expert industry mentor, an opportunity to perform at a London showcase event and more.
Previous mentors include Yazmin Lacey, Skinny Pelembe and writer producer Max Wheeler.
The music discovery programme was launched in 2015 by Giles and Brownswood with a view to mentoring the next generation of talent, and is supported by Arts Council England, PRS Foundation, Help Musicians UK and Ableton.
Applications can be made through Future Bubbles website with a simple form and must be submitted by 2 September.
In addition to online applications Future Bubbles are also accepting physical submissions via the Old School Demo Hand-In at their current focus city, Wolverhampton where Stay Loose Records will be accepting CDR’s and USBs.
They have also launched Recommend a Future Bubbler, whereby local music organisations, studio and rehearsal room owners, promoters and teachers can make suggestions on behalf of Future Bubblers.
