Flood and Alan Moulder were awarded UK producer of the year award at the MPG Awards, automatically winning a BRIT for best producer.
The pair received the prize at a ceremony at Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel last night (13 February) in London for their work on Holy Fire, the third album by indie rockers Foals.
They beat Paul Epworth and Ethan Johns to take the prize and automatically won the BRIT award for best producer.
Other notable winners on the night included Disclosure (brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence) who picked up the gong for breakthrough producer of the year for their much-lauded debut album Settle.
Everything Everything’s Kemosable received the prize for UK single of the year while Trevor Horn was presented with the outstanding achievement award.
