Drahla, Ezra Collective, Flohio and Her’s are among the UK artists who have been selected to perform at the 2019 edition of SXSW in Austin, Texas.

They will be joined by a raft of British acts including audiobooks, Boy Azooga, Husky Loops, Swervedriver, Warmduscher, Westerman and Yussef Dayes at the festival, which takes place from 11 to 17 March. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks and months.

Each year, the festival hosts a curated mix of up-and-coming and legendary artists from around the world, who perform in front of industry influencers, international media and music fans.

PRS for Music supports the annual event, hosting showcases at the British Music Embassy for its songwriter and composer members.

PRS Foundation offers funding support for artists who have been officially invited to play at the showcase via its International Showcase Fund.

The final deadline to apply to perform is 25 October. For more info and to apply, visit sxsw.com/festivals/music/
