Calling all Bristol-based composers - BASCA and Bristol Music Industry Network (BMIN) are hosting a seminar to explore funding options for composers.
Taking place on 29 March at Colston Hall in Bristol, the event will welcome representatives from BASCA, PRS For Music Foundation, Arts Council England, Musicians Union and Help Musicians UK.
They will advise attendees on the different funding opportunities available and how to increase your chances of having your applications approved.
Topics covered will include how to write a successful funding application, identifying what funders are looking for, how to put together a project proposal and how to discover the best funding platform for your project.
International composer, record label director and BASCA board director Issie Barratt and PRS for Music Foundation’s Joe Frankland will be among the speakers.
The event will be followed by networking opportunities to meet fellow delegates.
