Cattle and Cane, Kingsley Chapman and She Drew The Gun are among 40 acts performing at the Evolution Emerging Festival.
Taking place on Saturday 28 May at ten venues across the Ouseburn Valley, Newcastle, the Generator event will showcase 44 artists, including two national acts selected through Generator’s continued partnership with independent music publisher Sentric Music.
These acts, Trash and She Drew The Gun, will play at the Cluny live music venue as part of the festival.
Bob Allan, Generator’s artist development manager, said: ‘Following another sold out year we’re really excited to be heading into our eighth Evolution Emerging festival, the event continues to showcase the best new artists from the North East alongside some of our favourites from around the UK. The growth of this event is testament to the talent that thrives in our region and the appetite of festival goers to discover the best we have to offer.
‘We’re really excited to once again fill the Ouseburn Valley with more than 40 new artists and continue to shine a national spotlight on the abundance of emerging talent that graces our stage each year. See you in the valley!”
Tickets are priced at £8 in advance and provide entry to the day event as well as the after-party.
