Elton John and the Arctic Monkeys are among the acts lined up to play at this autumn’s iTunes Festival.
Elton John, who also headlines the Bestival festival this year, will be performing at London’s Roundhouse on 12 September with support coming from recent chart topper Tom Odell.
Elton said: ‘I'm very proud to be in this year's iTunes Festival line-up and I think it's great that Apple makes these concerts accessible to everyone.
‘For me, it's a real thrill to play for young audiences - they've got so much energy and they all seem to know my songs! The iTunes Festival evokes the spirit of memorable gigs at the Roundhouse over many years … and I should know, I've played a few there in my time.’
A huge array of artists have been named as performing at this year’s month long series of free events including the likes of Rizzle Kicks, Jessie J and Primal Scream.
