Rising pop talent Dua Lipa's single New Rules has bagged the first solo female number one slot since Adele’s Hello in 2015.
New Rules is her first ever UK number one and follows two previous top 10s this year: No Lie (with Sean Paul) and Be The One.
Her self-titled debut album, released back in June, holds in the top 10 this week at number seven.
Dua Lipa said to OfficialCharts.com: 'Thank you so much for supporting New Rules - we are officially number one! Thank you for sharing it with all your friends, for streaming it, for downloading it. I love you, this means a lot to me.'
