The 19-year-old soul songwriter has joined the publisher’s writer development scheme and is being mentored by Bless Beats and Janee Bennett.
McAllister was first introduced to the music of Sam Cooke and Aretha Franklin by his father, which inspired him to try his hand at songwriting.
He was discovered by Bless Beats, who has written for De La Soul, Boy George and Wiley, at the Roundhouse venue in London where he had been recording his demos.
