PRS for Music have partnered with the charity Urban Development for their annual Industry Takeover, and they are offering members discounted tickets to the event.
The Industry Take Over All Dayer will take place at Kings Place, London, on the 23 February and will feature showcases and discussions from artists and influencers like Novelist, Big Zuu, Nadia Jae (1Xtra / SBTV), Mercedes Benson (Complex UK), and Kwame Kwaten (MMF).
The event is designed for aspiring artists, managers, industry professional and music entrepreneurs to gain knowledge and begin to build a network.
Topics at the event are set to include, ‘Beginners Guide to the Music Industry,’ ‘From Bedroom to Big Time,’ ‘Management Matters,’ and ‘Sealing the Deal.’
The programme will also include workshops, panels and keynotes from PRS for Music, PPL, AIM, BPI, FAC, MMF, Universal Music / Polydor Records, plus media partners Reprezent Radio, CMU:DIY, and funders Arts Council England, PRS Foundation, Vivendi Create and Help Musicians UK.
