Acclaimed screen composer Debbie Wiseman is to present new BBC Radio 4 documentary Same Tune Different Song.
Broadcast at 11.30am on 22 March, the programme will explore the world of song lyricists and their creative relationships with composers.
Lyricist Don Black, known for hit songs including Diamonds Are For Ever, Born Free and Thunderball, and fellow lyricist Gary Osborne, a regular collaborator with artists such as Elton John, Cliff Richard and Alice Cooper, will both feature.
Debbie will present a standard song melody she has written especially for the programme to both Don and Gary.
They will then work on lyrics with the rest of the broadcast exploring their different approaches and the challenges they faced. Their songs will both be performed as part of the show.
