CueSongs, the one-stop music licensing hub for pre-cleared commercial music, has signed drum and bass labels Ram Records and Hospital Records.
The pair join CueSongs’ growing stable of dance and electronica labels, which includes Ministry of Sound, Armada, Defected Records, K7! and Toolroom.
Ram Records was established by Andy C and Ant Miles in the summer of 1992 and has played a consistently dominant role in the foundation and continuous development of drum and bass.
Its roster now includes Andy C, Chase n Status, Wilkinson, Sub Focus and LoadStar.
Hospital Records is an independent label based in south London which was started in 1996 by Tony Colman and Chris Goss.
The label is home to artists including High Contrast, London Elektricity, Danny Byrd, Camo & Krooked, Logistics and Nu:Tone.
In 2015, CueSongs recorded a 240 percent increase in royalties generated to its rightsholders.
