Innovative music, art and tech conference Convergence is back in London this week with a packed schedule featuring Matthew Herbert, Ash Koosha, Anika, Girlhood and more.
On Friday (23 March) and Saturday (24 March), Rich Mix will host a series of panels and presentations covering the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in music, the role of musicians in politics and how marginalised groups can make their voices heard in cultural life.
Panellists include Matthew Herbert, who will share the thinking behind his new Brexit Big Band project, plus representatives from XL Recordings, shesaid.so, Nonclassical, the Music Venues Trust and the Barbican.
Convergence Sessions will take place both evenings, featuring live music and DJ sets from from Ash Koosha, Girlhood, Wyles & Simpson, E.M.M.A., Shy One and Anika.
The event series first launched in 2014 and has since welcomed over 100,000 attendees from the tech, art and music worlds.
