Matthew Herbert and Artangel’s Michael Morris are among the creatives taking part in a half day conference exploring interdisciplinary producing.

Taking place on 3 October in the Clore Auditorium of the Tate Britain, Sound, music, visual: producing the interdisciplinary will look at the motivations behind these creative works.

The half day event will examine the impact of these productions on musicians as well as where the future of these collaborations lies. Sally Tallant (Liverpool Biennial) and Jem Finer will also appear on the panel alongside Matthew and Michael.

The initiative is part of New Music Plus … UK, a two year, nationwide, creative and professional development programme created by PRS for Music Foundation and run in conjunction with the hub.

Visit the Tate’s website for more information on the event.
