Concord Music will, 'provide full administrative and creative services for the new joint venture roster on a global basis.'
Kim Frankiewicz (pictured third right), executive vice president of Worldwide Creative at Concord Music said: 'We are thrilled to partner with Gavin on his new publishing venture. Through Disciples he has been a tour de force, and with his energy and vision applied on new producers and songwriters, we are looking forward to collaborating with Gavin on all levels.'
Koolmon added: 'I am very excited to be starting this venture with Concord. Kim, Leo (Chantzaras, senior international A&R) and the team are amazing and I believe our synergy will allow us to achieve great things together.'
Disciples released their debut EP Remedy in 2013 and gained international recognition for their collaboration with Calvin Harris on How Deep Is Your Love, which saw them nominated for Best Artist Video of the Year and Best Single at the 2016 BRIT Awards.
Last year, their track On My Mind went gold and was made BBC Radio 1's Hottest Record In The World and Tune Of The Week.
