Atack, who started his career in seventies’ pop band Child, has since scored for features including Ricky Gervais’ The Invention Of Lying plus Cemetery Junction, Dead Cert, Re-Uniting The Rubins and most recently, St George’s Day.
His TV credits include the BBC’s disaster docu-drama Krakatoa – The Last Days and a contemporary version of Much Ado About Nothing starring Damian Lewis.
Atack has also recently completed the score to a film adaptation of A Christmas Candle, starring Susan Boyle.
