Critically acclaimed songwriter Cathy Dennis has signed a global publishing deal with Imagem Music UK.
Cathy is one of the most influential songwriters of all time having helped write huge hits including Can’t Get You Out Of My Head (Kylie Minogue), Toxic (Britney Spears), and the 2002 Grammy Award winning Come In To My World (Kylie Minogue).
Katy Perry, Carrie Underwood, Céline Dion and Janet Jackson are among the other artists to benefit from the hitmaker’s songwriting abilities.
The deal came into effect from 1 August and covers all new musical material.
Cathy Dennis said: ‘I’m very excited to be working with the Imagem team and to expand on my catalogue with new opportunities.’
Kim Frankiewicz, managing director at Imagem Music, added: ‘Cathy is a great British songwriter with an extraordinary global appeal. She has penned some of the most iconic songs over the past 15 years so we’re very excited to be working with her in the next chapter of her career.’
Imagem Music UK currently manages the catalogues of many pop writers including the likes of Pink Floyd, Elvis Presley, Ludacris, Sammy Cahn and Genesis.
