Calvin Harris has scored his fifth number one single with Blame featuring Rudimental collaborator John Newman.

According to the Official Charts Company, the track’s performance continues an impressive run of success for the electronic producer.

Previous number ones for Calvin include I’m Not Alone (2009), Sweet Nothing (2012), Under Control (2013) and Summer (2014). He has also featured on two other chart topping collaboration - Dizzee Rascal’s Dance Wiv Me (2008) and Rihanna’s We Found Love (2011).

Blame is also singer/songwriter John Newman’s third number one after his 2012 collaboration with Rudimental, Feel The Love and 2013’s Love Me Again.

Just over 13 percent of Blame’s combined sales came from audio streaming from the likes of Spotify and Deezer.

Sam Smith’s I’m Not The Only One is at number three followed by Taylor Swift’s Shake It Off.

Meanwhile in the album charts, Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant scored the week’s highest new entry with his tenth solo album Lullaby And The Ceaseless Roar. The album entered the chart at number two.
