BASCA is now calling for nominations for the British Composer Awards (BCA) 2015.
Nominations are now open across twelve categories for works that were debuted in the UK between 1 April 2014 and 31 March 2015.
BASCA encourages anyone with a passion for new music to nominate eligible works for the awards.
Julia Haferkorn and Ed McKeon, BCA artistic directors, said: ‘We were delighted with the diversity of the nominations for the 2014 awards and hope that the ease of making nominations digitally will widen the reach of the awards even further.’

The 13th annual BCA are presented by BASCA and sponsored by PRS for Music.
Last year’s winners included Django Bates and Study of Touch for best Contemporary Jazz Composition and Simon Dobson for Journey of the Lone Wolf in the Wind, Band or Brass category.
