BPI is offering a series of free training seminars for its members on online advertising, how to get airplay and digital data.

The organisation is hosting the training sessions during August and September at the BPI offices and has invited a number of industry professionals to lead the sessions.

Getting Airplay takes place on 21 August with radio pluggers Richard Perry (RPPR) and Jo Hart (Hart Media) joining celebrity producer and TV music booker Susan Masters. These experts will discuss the best ways to ensure your music is played by broadcasters.

Mark Denby from music distribution company The Orchard will lead the Understanding Online Advertising session on 22 August. The seminar will discuss how to make the most of online and getting the best out of Facebook, YouTube and Google adverts.

The final seminar - Digital Data Training - takes place on 19 September and will be presented by Music Metrics. The session will teach attendees how to assess the value of their marketing and how to ensure a return on their investment.
