Mark Gordon from Score Draw Music will chair the session, which will explore how promoters, lawyers and managers can help musicians generate income.
Fleming will be on hand to talk through the ways songwriters can earn royalties from their music.
The event is free to attend and takes place on Wednesday 13 November from 10am to 11.30am at Ulster Hall, Belfast.
