The British Association for Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM) is hosting an INSIGHTS Day to officially launch their education programme, in partnership with the Musicians’ Union (MU).
The day, which takes place on 5 March, will consist of talks and workshops ideal for professional and student performers, educators and employers.
According to the organisation, it has been leading the way in offering advice and techniques for healthy careers as performers since it was set up in 1984.
BAPAM’s Trainer Network experts will speak on topics including posture, warming up and cooling down, vocal health, performance anxiety, the alexander technique, guitar ergonomics and piano performance.
The day-long event will take place at the MU offices in London.
