The festival, which takes place on 22 June, will consist of two outside stages providing an eclectic line-up of live music, DJs and spoken word performances.
There will also be a market area involving local designers and eight venues, each housing individual music and art programmes.
The festival has a real street party atmosphere and organisers are looking for acts who are up for some fun.
