AVA London has announced the full schedule for its 2024 conference.
Billed as 'a three-day and night celebration of music and digital art', this year's event will take place from 29 February to 2 March. The British Library, The Standard, KOKO and HERE at Outernet will all serve as venues for AVA London 2024.
Over 100 artists and speakers will take part in AVA London 2024 across 40 different sessions, including an opening keynote from Brian Eno (who will be in conversation with Canadian guitarist and former Prince collaborator Donna Grantis) and a live interview with Charli XCX as part of Resident Advisor's Exchange series.
Elsewhere on the programme, PRS for Music's Ashley Howard (Relationship Manager, Dance Music) will host Demystifying Music Publishing in Electronic Music. Featuring artist, writer and vocal producer Kelli-Leigh, Warp Publishing General Manager Nadine Riezouw and b:electronic publishing's Global Director Mark Lawrence, the panel will discuss the essentials of music publishing, from the creative processes to the administration of copyright and royalty payments.
A separate panel on Artificial Intelligence, titled Surviving the AI Apocalypse, will also take place.
Among the numerous other guests on the AVA London 2024 line-up are Kenya Grace, Eliza Rose, Yung Singh, Jamz Supernova (BBC 6 Music) Emerald (Rinse FM), William Aspden (XL Recordings), Amar Ediriwira (Boiler Room), Alex Nikolov (Lexa Services), Lisa Simpson (Easol), Amy Frenchum, Josh Mateer (TikTok), Pitch Studios, Trippin’, Colour Factory, Primavera Sound, Mutek Forum, Sónar, Warp Publishing, b:electronic, Easol, TYX Studios and CDR.
In addition to the conference, AVA London 2024 also features a club programme that will include Marlon Hoffstadt AKA Daddy Trance, DJ Boring, Or:La b2b Spray, Amaliah b2b Danielle, Byron Yeates, DJ AYA, Aika Mal and Sloucho.
