Depeche Mode manager Jonathan Kessler (pictured), Tracey Thorn and TAP Management (Lana Del Rey, Dua Lipa, DJ Shadow) were among the winners at the Artist and Manager Awards 2017.
The event, which took place last night (Tuesday) at London's Printworks, honoured Kessler for his 30 year career where he has helped to steer Depeche Mode's evolution into a pioneering, stadium act that has sold over 100 million albums.
Elsewhere, Ariana Grande, Scooter Braun, Melvin Benn (Festival Republic) and Simon Moran (SJM) picked up the Industry Champions Award for organising the One Love Manchester charity stadium show.
TAP Management received the Manager of the Year Award, presented by Lana Del Rey whose career they have helped guide to global acclaim.
Other winners included Mercury Music Prize founder and Music Manager’s Forum chief executive Jon Webster (Unsung Hero Award), Rag’N’Bone Man (Artist of the Year) and Eleven Management (Entrepreneur Award for Gorillaz).
