The album, entitled This Is All Yours, will be released on 22 September through the Infectious record label.
It follows 2012’s Mercury Prize-winning debut An Awesome Wave, which beat sets from Django Django, Richard Hawley and Plan B. The album also scooped the prestigious Album Award gong at The Ivors 2013.
The trio will also be embarking on a six-date tour of the UK and Ireland around the release of the record.
Kicking off at Glasgow Academy on 18 September, they will also play Manchester, Wolverhampton, Brighton, Dublin and London's Alexandra Palace.
Tickets for the shows go on sale at 9am on 13 June.
