Mark Boden, Rosie Clements and Adriano Adewale are among the composers announced for the Adopt A Composer scheme.
The initiative, funded by the PRS for Music Foundation and the Philip and Dorothy Green Trust and run by Making Music, pairs amateur choirs, orchestras and ensembles with a composer for a year.
The composer then has the chance to get to know the performing group and write a piece especially for them to premiere.
Successful pieces are usually around ten minutes in length and written to work around existing repertoire and schedule.
The full list of collaborations is below:
Christopher Schlechte-Bond with King Edward Music Society Concert Band
Martin Humphries with On the Edge Fusion Youth Orchestra
Mark Boden with Croydon Bach Choir
Rosie Clements with Spectrum Singers
Aran Browning with Strathendrick Singers
Shona Mackay with Glasgow School of Art Choir
Adriano Adewale with Horsham Symhony Orchestra
