Former Abbey Road Studios engineer Ken Scott will appear in a new series of talks discussing the recording techniques used at the iconic studios.
The Sound of Abbey Road Studios will be hosted by Brian Kehew and Kevin Ryan, authors of critically acclaimed book Recording the Beatles, in a series of lectures beginning on Friday 25 April.
The talks will explore the use and evolution of studio techniques in the legendary Studio 2 with live demonstrations of some of the vintage equipment.
Former engineer Ken Scott will also be appearing as a guest at the lectures. Ken will discuss his experiences working at the studio recording the likes of The Rolling Stones, David Bowie and Lou Reed.
