Flamingods (pictured), Fickle Friends, Afroquoi, Kojey Radical, Rat Boy and Liv Dawson are among the raft of new artists added to The Great Escape 2017 bill.

They will join the already confirmed list of acts that include Rag ‘n’ Bone Man, Slaves, The Magic Gang and Marika Hackman.

The event takes place from 18 to 20 May across scores of venues in Brighton, showcasing 450 acts from Britain and beyond.

Event manager Kevin Moore said: ‘With less than eight weeks to go, we have one of the most diverse and exciting festival line-ups out there.

‘We really can’t wait for everyone to explore the different venues, discover a new favourite artist and be completely wrapped up in the new talent coming from across the world.’

Delegate passes, saver tickets and day passes are available from http://greatescapefestival.com/

PRS for Music and PRS Foundation will be involved in the event, either hosting panel sessions in the conference strand or a festival showcase. More info will be announced shortly.
