PRS for Music has launched a special edition magazine celebrating this year's 110th anniversary of PRS.
Founded in 1914, PRS for Music is now a world-leading music collective management organisation representing the rights of more than 175,000 songwriters, composers and music publishers.
To celebrate this significant milestone, PRS has brought out a new magazine which examines the society's remarkable story, its vital role in the music industry and its vibrant community of members.
The 110 Years of PRS magazine features interviews with the award-winning Nigerian producer and songwriter Andre Vibez, who discusses his songwriting process and why PRS has 'changed my life', and Panjab star Karan Aujla, who takes a look back at his remarkable and now-international music career.
The magazine also features written pieces by Emmy-winning film and TV composer Michael Price, who discusses the importance of PRS's advocacy work, and VV Brown, who writes on the 'privilege' of serving on the PRS Members' Council.
Topics such as the music publishing community, the rise of AI in music and PRS's expanding international reach are also covered in this special edition.
