Rising alt-pop duo HYYTS are back with an ‘In Session’ version of their single Bullet, and M has the premiere…
Having formed in 2015, Adam and Sam released their debut single Butterflies in My Head and haven’t looked back since.
They’ve supported acts like The Howl & the Hum and Culture Club and were the only unsigned artist to perform at 2018’s Scottish Music Awards.
HYYTS made a soaring return in early 2019 with the melodically bombastic Bullet, a fine example of the kind of wonky pop the duo have been perfecting over a series of singles.
The band say: Bullet is such a big song for us and we always play it last at our gigs cause we love the intensity and emotion that we can put into it. People say to us that the live show is really different to the recorded stuff and that’s something we’re quite proud of and happy to keep separate; it’s fun to keep something vital in the live show and hopefully keep people coming back :)'
