All five members of MiC Lowry may still be in their teens, but what they lack in experience they make up for with sheer vocal ability.
Kaine Ofoeme, Akia Jones, Delleile Ankrah, Michael Welch and Ben Sharples – all from Liverpool – came together in 2011 as a five-piece male vocal harmony group with plenty of ambition.
Since then, they’ve found an army of young fans across YouTube and Twitter, winning over everyone in their path with their honeyed harmonies and earnest songs.
There’s no doubt that all five teenagers certainly walk the walk in terms of musical merit, as recent accolades including a MOBO Unsung Award prove.
