Ahead of the Oram Awards 2019 presentation at Kings Place on Saturday we've created a playlist inspired by award winners past and present.
The awards are presented by The New BBC Radiophonic Workshop and PRS Foundation for innovation in sound, music and related technologies.
The third annual ceremony takes place on Saturday 15 June at Kings place to honour innovative female music creators, with the six winners receiving development bursaries from PRS Foundation.
The 2019 event has an extended programme with a series of daytime events including workshops and talks hosted by BBC Research & Development and Goldsmiths, University of London, plus previous Oram Award winners.
The evening will feature a DJ set by Beatrice Dillon and live performances by former Oram Awards winners Klein, Loraine James and Sally Golding.
