East London cult underground label Fluffer Records are responsible for putting on some of the sweatiest, chaotic and moshiest gigs in the capital as part of their Fluffer Pit Parties series. The principle for the shows is simple: take the rule book for the standard gig format and tear it up.

Taking place in secret warehouse venues revealed to ticket holders on the day of the gig, Fluffer Pit Parties remove the stage and create a 360° 'pit' in the middle of the room where the bands play and the crowd surrounds. What ensues is an up close and personal live experience that will melt your face and blow your mind.

With upcoming Pit Parties from Deap Vally, Japandroids, Spring King and Black Lips, head honcho Al Brown playlists the tunes 'getting rinsed at Fluffer HQ at the moment'.

Black Lips – Squatting In Heaven
From the new LP slice. Absolute belter, pushing new boundaries for the Lips.

Warmduscher – The Salamander
New supergroup featuring Fat White Family, Childhood and Paranoid London. Salvation has arrived.

Deap Vally – Little Baby Queen
...you could be the one to live your mother’s dream.

Baby In Vain - Muscles
Danish trio making sleazy rock 'n' roll. They play the Deap Vally pit party as main support on 23 August.

Brian Jonestown Massacre – Anemone
On repeat always.

Yassassin – Cherry Pie
All-girl punk group coming out of the east London underground.

Spring King – Rectifer
Jump on. Pit Party 15 September.

Yowl – Imminent Return
Time for a big label to snap these boys up and make them famous.

Ty Segall – Black Magick
