This week we’re celebrating Halloween with a fiendishly good playlist curated by one of our favourite new bands, Dracula Legs.

We first fell for the London-based quintet earlier this year when their seven-inch release Heartburn Destination/Cold Licks switched us on to their moreish monster blues.

Since then, we’ve been chomping at the bit for a follow-up to their fearless beats and satanic riffs, and with an upcoming single next month through Bandcamp and album slated for 2015, it looks like we won’t have to wait much longer.

In the meantime, we've cornered all five rock 'n' roll spectres ahead of their Halloween gig at Sebright Arms, Hackney, tonight to find out about their top tunes and major influences.

Expect a vivid mix spanning all styles and flavours, from the freak-folk of Castanets to the devilish dirge of Queens of the Stone Age.

Happy Halloween!
