The 19-year-old Lewisham MC has only been in the game for a few years, but as his 2018 S.O.S. EP to this year’s Welcome to Grime Street prove, he’s one of the leading lights of grime.
The sharp production, plus his characteristic skittish flow, on tracks like S.O.S. and the hard-hitting themes of 3 Minutes to Live, which deals with knife crime, have ensured a steep trajectory for the young artist.
More recently, Yizzy’s star continues to rise and he gained global exposure after his track Hustle Hard was picked out for the FIFA 20 soundtrack.
He also took part in the PRS for Music x Spotify #WhoWeBe songwriting camp at RAK Studios, London.
