Elio Pace talks to M about discovering his musical talent at a very young age, first gigs that led onto a break when he reached the final of TV talent show Opportunity Knocks. The show propelled Elio into working with show business stars such as Les Dawson, Ronnie Corbett and Michael Barrymore and onto working as a musical director for shows such as Dancing in the Streets, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Thank You For The Music.

Elio continues to have success in music, in 2009 he was asked to be the musical director and house band for Sir Terry Wogan's live Radio 2 show, his desire to record and release his own material has resulted in an album, A Seat At My Table and a Christmas song, What A Day which has been a feature of Sir Terry Wogan's Christmas broadcasts for a few years and is growing in popularity.
