Making music and need funding? Apply to PRS Foundation and PledgeMusic’s new talent development scheme for a grant of up to £2,500.
The Emerging Artists Fund is geared towards music-makers who need financial assistance with recording, releasing and touring.
Artists must have two previous releases behind them, have received at least one national radio broadcast and have a strategy of what they need to do next to move their careers forward.
The fund offers support from PledgeMusic to set up a direct-to-fan campaign, as well as a grant of up to £2,500 from PRS Foundation.
The scheme launched successfully earlier this year, with the deadline for this round of applications closing at 6pm on 7 September.
Another round will follow in early 2019, with a selection of 10 artists funded per round.
