Radio stations with a Short-Term Restricted Service Licence (RSL) from Ofcom.
What this licence covers
This licence covers the right to:
- broadcast and simulcast from the UK
- copy commercial works into programmes
- copy production music into programmes and trailers
- copy our members' music for broadcast onto databases and servers

How we calculate the licence fee
The licence fee for 2024 is £102, plus £58 for each day of broadcast. For example, the fee for a four-day broadcast will be £344 plus VAT. Payment must be made in advance of broadcast.
