Who needs this licence

Radio stations with a Long-Term Restricted Service Licence (RSL) from Ofcom that broadcast to a single site. Examples of single sites include army bases, hospitals, prisons and student campuses.

This licence covers the right to:

broadcast and simulcast from the UK
copy commercial works into programmes
copy production music into programmes and trailers
copy our members' music for broadcast onto databases and servers
